BrisketBro was born from passionate people who love good, slow-cooked, slow-smoked Texas barbeque meat.

At the heart of the BrisketBro concept sits a secrete Black Angus brisket recipe. Slow-cooked for 12 – 14 hours with special real smoking techniques, our authentic “Brisket” beef from the USA is one of the stars of our menu.

Selected meats of beef, pork, spare ribs and chicken that are slow-smoked and then slow-cooked for hours are “married” with our own sauces and paired with fluffy brioche and baobuns, homemade salads, and French-cut potatoes.

BrisketBro delivers what it promises: unforgettable moments of culinary delight and a pleasure that lasts.

Today, you can enjoy BrisketBro at the homonymous restaurants in Kolonaki, Nea Smyrni, Peristeri and Glyfada.
